Adam received his Master of Arts with a specialization in Applied Behaviour Analysis from Brock University in 2018, and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. For his master's thesis, he compared displacement and reinforcer potency of edible and leisure items for typically developing children. Adam has been working with children and adults with developmental disabilities since 2014, and as a mental performance coach with athletes since 2018. His research and clinical interests include the management of dental and other phobias using behavioural techniques, developing social and emotional regulation skills for school-aged children, and the application of ABA in sport settings.
